About Us

We are Blake and Erin. We met in 2019 and were married in 2020. We have one dog, Esther, and one cat, Bixby. Esther is very shy at first but super loyal when she gets to know you. Bixby is very outgoing and has yet to meet a stranger. They are both the sweetest pets and we love them dearly.

Blake is a physician and works at our local hospital every other week. Erin is a 2nd-grade teacher who loves her job and seeing her students grow and learn every day. We live in Central Texas in a neighborhood with lots of young families, and friends, and a beautiful park with walking trails near our house. We are blessed that our families live within a day trip of us, and are able to visit our house often. Our favorite thing about home is the people and pets we share it with.

We spend our time outside of work hanging out with friends, gathering with our local church, and relaxing together with our pets. We are deeply involved at our church where we help lead a small group, play cajon on the worship team, and serve in the kids ministry. We will often attend backyard gatherings with our friends and their kids, enjoy a home-cooked meal together with people from church, explore one of the many restaurants in town for date night, play pickleball/disc golf/games together, tend to our vegetable garden, walk our dog along the neighborhood trails, watch the latest episode of The Chosen or Survivor, or head to the movie theaters to catch any interesting movies. Our house is full of love and laughter and friends who have become our extended family.

Any baby that is welcomed into our home will be dearly loved, cared for, and welcomed into our community with excitement and open arms. We know the decision you are making is incredibly difficult. We are praying for you as you choose life and adoption for this child!
